Smoked Turkey Breast and Mixed Veggie Fried Rice, Garlic Broccoli, and Fried Egg
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Cooked rice
1 egg
1 cup Mixed Veggies (carrots, green beans, peas - frozen)
2 slices Smoked Turkey Breast (chopped)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (or as needed)
2 tsp Garlic Sauce
2 tsp S/O sauce
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (or as needed)
1 cup Broccoli
Salt (as needed)
Black pepper (as needed)
Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat pan or wok, add S/O and a little garlic sauce along with veggies and saute.
Add red pepper flakes, smoked turkey breast and saute in high heat.
Add rice, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt of needed. Mix all together and stir-fry rice thoroughly. Set aside when ready.
On the same pan, add broccoli and drizzle garlic sauce. Add salt and saute until cooked to your preference. Set aside with fried rice.
Fry an egg and serve with the fried rice and broccoli.
