Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can Chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup Tahini (or as needed)

  • 2 Lemon’s Juice (or as needed)

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil (or as needed)

  • 1/4 cup Water (or ice, as needed)

  • Salt as needed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Add lemon juice, tahini, and salt as needed. I prefer my hummus a little sour with more tahini.
