Rose Almond
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oat flour (or ground rolled oats)
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup Coconut oil (or 1/4 cup butter)
5 ripe dates (blended with 1/2 cup water) or 1/3 cup cane sugar
1 tsp Rose syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk (or whole milk)
Sliced almonds
1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together.
Distribute the batter in a muffin pan. Bake in oven preheated to 350F for 27 mins. You may serve this crumbly goodness warm or cold.
