Blueberry Banana
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Oat Flour (or ground rolled oats)
2 Ripped Bananas
2 tsp Baking powder
1/8 cup Coconut oil (or 1/4 cup butter)
5 ripe dates (blended with 1/4 cup water) or 1/3 cup cane sugar
1 cup Blueberries
2/3 cup Coconut milk (or whole milk)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add blueberries and fold in to the batter.
Distribute the batter in a muffin pan. Bake in oven preheated to 350F for 27 mins. You may serve them while they’re warm or cold
