Blueberry Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2  cups Oat Flour (or ground rolled oats)

  • 2 Ripped Bananas

  • 2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1/8 cup Coconut oil (or 1/4 cup butter)

  • 5 ripe dates (blended with 1/4 cup water) or 1/3 cup cane sugar

  • 1 cup Blueberries

  • 2/3 cup Coconut milk (or whole milk)

  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract 

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Blueberry Banana Muffin

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add blueberries and fold in to the batter.

  • Distribute the batter in a muffin pan. Bake in oven preheated to 350F for 27 mins. You may serve them while they’re warm or cold
